69FJWagon Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 I know plenty of guys on here have run these strut inserts and have good things to say about them but I will save a little longer to get a strut insert that is worth a damn blew a set in 2 autocross weekends total of around 40 runs (TRY KONI or BILSTEIN) , then again depending on what you are planning on doing with the car and spring rates you are going to run they may be fine for you if thats the case Troy has them in stock or can within a day or so contact him. onedayjake Posted July 2, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 It's mostly just going to be a driver with an occasional auto cross. I ordered 250 rate springs. I looked for Koni's and could not find them. If I'm going to spend the money I would like adjustable inserts and rear shocks. Quote Link to comment
