Comfort Eagle
Is this engine fuel injected,or carb'd? Anymore pics? Link to comment
Z-train
No such thing as a "Carbed" 810. Link to comment
Comfort Eagle
Thanks, I am new to Datsun's,so you will understand my stupid questions, right? I assume this is the precursor to the Maxima. Link to comment
Z-train
You would be correct, sir! Love to have Steve's car but when the number of Datsuns starts approaching the number of animals on my ranch,i have to stop somewhere. Link to comment
HP11
Actually, there were carbed 810s. They weren't available in the US market with carbs but they were in other parts of the world. Link to comment
Comfort Eagle
Did you add the SSS logos,or are they stock? I am interested in the car,but I need to sell my A10 first, and figure out a way to get it cross-country. Any interior shots? Link to comment
HP11
The SSS logos are not stock as there is no such thing as a US market 810 SSS. The interior is just fair. Top of the rear seat is sunburned but covered with a custom rear deck cover, from seats have rips but are covered with sheepskins. Carpet is fair; no holes, dash/dash pad, dash facsia, guages are in great shape. Needs a headliner. Console is fair but cutout for stereo which works fine, original stereo is still in dash but not hooked up. Comes with spare uncut console if good shape. Link to comment

HP11
That'd be my guess as well :)But it's California registration is good until 7/2010. But the plates will be non personalized since I've turned them in. Or maybe I'm not understanding what you mean by "<3 the tag". I'm a 59 year old fart and some of that terminology escapes me. Link to comment

Some kind of 'ctrl' or 'alt' function.I figured it out! (♥ OF A Z) The heart symbol is made by simultaneously pressing and releasing the left "ALT" key and the number "3" key on the number pad. So I guess I've gone from ♥ OF A Z with the 810 to ♥ OF A VETTE with the GTO but that's too long to be a tag. Edited June 22, 2009 by HP11 Link to comment
The love of JDM
HAHA yeah, Im loyal to the Asain market but the gto (vett) with a back seat is a nice car and has power plant to throw you to mars Link to comment
Comfort Eagle
What sort of suspension does this car use in the rear? Independent,or live axle? What Z car does this share an engine with the 280Z? Any better pics of the instrument cluster/dash? Link to comment
