Small trick on the carb

Some people ask about the suspension setting and since my shock absorbers where no 100%, I decide to replace them with some datsun 1200 modified shocks. and replace all the roles

Why did you cut the top half of the carb off? Never seen this before. I like the front brakes, same as my 510.

Yes I did. this is a pretty usual mod en Costa Rica.

 

I try this on my previous datsun's . And according to the dyno is about 2 HP more depending on the fuel you use

As I thinks the SER's where faster on the strait but a lot slower on the brakes and cornering

why did you have the glass pack right below the drive shaft?

Will you have clearance to remove driveshaft?

To remove the drive shaft I just need to remove 1 screw and that's it .

 

I have it there for no special reason just look I think
