i have been having to work 140 miles away from home so progress has been a little slow,

but today the mirrors had to go, and i figure i will start cleaning the old heap so it looks respectable and doesnt rub off so much orange paint on my clothes.

heres a few update photos, so far the glass has been the hardest part to get clean.

the valance fit real nice, it comes kind of flat so you have to shape it just a bit, i started in the center and worked my way to the outside, bumper seems to line up just right, i just need a good passenger side mount for it.

the fender is going to take a little effort, but i have never had a brand new fender go on the first try.

so far i am happy with the parts.

I just painted my valance, I may scrounge up 20$ to get a new one though!

Is the metal quality any good?

And how much was the shipping?

valance was the best value of all the parts, with shipping total was about 40.

i am working a new route out on the rail road and spotted a 620 4X4 , i may have to go drive out there and see if the owner will part with it.

he has probably 100 vehicles on his land, one toyota truck that looks like it has a datsun bed on it,

im on vacation this week so i need to go look closer , its hard to get a good look when zipping by at 60 mph.

had to figure out an electriacl issue today, then i started her up.

idle was a bit high and was a bit rich when i took this video, but i had to post it.

this truck seemed real bad and now it is close to being a driver again.
