herculesinwyoming
im looking for info on what was used on the dealer option 620 4x4s. my 620 may be looking at being converted to a 4x4, what front axle and transfer case and steering gear did they use on the dealer option 4x4 i know they were jeep parts from what i recall. my son is going to buy my 98 (cough cough) cavalier, so i am going to have time to tear the old 76 620 long bed down to the frame and rebuild it to a toy for me. What a way to bring a truck back from the grave i have new fenders, hood, bumper and front valance in shipping now. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
Dont waist your time and money. A Cherrokee is cheap and has better heating ,[power steering and tons of cheap spares parts avail anywhere.plus 4 doors and a hatch Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Find a good running but rusted out 720 and swap that beauty 620 bod onto it. Power steering, better breaks, WAY better brakes (if an '83 or newer) bigger motor. Quote Link to comment
2low
my first 620 was owned by a dealership owner (who i bought it from) and he put scout axles under it with a scout T-case, with granny low witch was great for the 6 it had with a 5 speed. Quote Link to comment
