    95 EGR Delete

So I have a 95 that I did an EGR delete on and I plugged the bung holes from the exhaust side (as I put aftermarket headers on it.) got rid of the mess that’s on the driver fender, plugged the plate for the EGR. I’m just curious on what vacuum lines I need to plug or leave unplugged. Some posts I’ve seen stated all you need is 2 lines- one for the fuel pressure regulator and the other for the brake booster but others say different.. Truck is running a bit rough and I’m curious if others have had any luck with this issue. Thanks!
  3. The motor for the ‘88 has been taken out and supposedly they didn’t get it started because of something electrical. And that’s what I was thinking because it was knocking from the bottom when I got the 86 running. What’s a good place to get bearings from for that year?
  4. What if the block is bad on the ‘86 but the heads were redone at a certain point in time? At one point the ‘86 stopped running, the previous owner overheated it and had sent the heads to the machine shop.. I got it running and found out that it was knocking from the bottom end. So that’s why I was wondering what can I swap for the 4x4.. sorry man lot of Info haha
  5. The 86 is a Z24i and I believe the 88 is just carb… I could be wrong. But everything would be compatible other than what was mentioned? What about harness wise?
  6. What changes between the 2? I pretty much need the bottom end off the 88’ (which is the 4x4) and I want to be sure before I pay for it. I know the oil pans are different but what else? Any help would be appreciated!
