I don't know,,, maybe the 77-78 Thalidomide baby style ,, but an 82 ,, while boxy as a mofro,, is not bad looking with wide tires and a little lowering.. .Problem i have with A10s is,, if you have one in the backyard,, they start multiplying like fuckin hobgoblins.. . .

There is a limit to amount of power NaperZ will make ,, the people that are getting real "power" out of them are usually running turbos,,, and that isn't financially sound advice. . Easiest ( cheapest) way to up the power is to get a NapZ 24 out of a 720.. your location says Californa,,,, can you even do any engine upgrades to such a new vehicle and still pass emissions??

I just noticed you found whole car with same engine and 5 speed.... i would assume every bracket and bolt needed would come from donor vehicle ,, how could it not work?

My opinion is,, the Z20 gives you what seems to be, a tiny bit more seat of the pants take off "feel" than the stock L20b,, even Donovan seemed to think so.. Never drove A10 wagons enough to comment on hiway power,,,,,,,,,, and i think i used one of the coils in my Ferguson TO20 now. So there's that

I don't know if the turn signal switch unit is A10 specific unit,, but it doesn't look much like the 720 ones i've seen . I would definetly go easy on the engine compartment electrical delete,,,,, there is a TON of shit in there ,, not like the older "real" 510s . A 78 doesn't even have same color coding as a 79 on a couple things so a 81 factory manual would be the only one i would buy. Why not just look at wires that are spliced ,, and find colors that are in the area and have the same color codeing on them and see what happens when you hook them together?? Or have Datsaholic-Doug live somewhat local to you... either way .

Try fixing it,,, it costs about $2. in O rings from the hardware store Read this ,, it worked for me. Before you say "but bananahamuck ,, that is a 510 valve and i have a 620"" Weeeell here you go .. Another how-to ,, using a 620 valve to fix a 510 valve with many pictures to show the similaries of the two valves http://www.510coop.com/heater/ .
