Just wondering, Is Powerland $20 to enter a car, or is that for admission? My ZX can't make it so just wondering how that works, is there a spectator fee like most other shows?
  3. I replaced the rod bearings before and it did last for a little bit, but the rod knock came back so I think the cranks just too messed up. Good to know, definitely could be an option. Will see.
  4. My 620 project came to a halt about a year ago when the motor started knocking, Need to get it back on the road. Mainly looking to keep it's L20, looking for a short block of a Z\L, and piecing together a new overhauled engine. Anyone in Oregon with parts that could help me out? Another thing, I found 2 L16's for very cheap, although I feel like that would be a downgrade. Would L16 parts be compatible with the L20? Thanks.
  5. Yeah I think thats what my truck is missing, I'll take you up on your offer but it may be a little while, I'm looking for a job so I can fund this heep. Thanks
  6. Hello, So when I first picked up my truck I noticed how the parking brake wasn't working. I checked out the bottom of the truck and everything is in place but the cables aren't hooked up to the drums. Today I took off the rotors but couldn't really figure out where the cable went. I can see the hole on the backing plate but where does it go on the brake? I'm not sure if all the right parts are there but after looking up diagrams I didn't see anytying for the brake. I'm probably missing something but any help would be appreciated.
  7. Just picked this up as my first car, really excited to finally have a 620 as I've been wanting one of these trucks for a while now. Got this one for a pretty good price, some good bones just needs a little fixing up. Lots of plans for this truck, namely a paint job. Just need more money to spend on it after spending all my money on it. Will probably be slow going for now, but I'll chip away at it and show how it goes.
