How do I add my own image?

I am looking to find a way to convert from drum brakes to disc brakes and I have no Idea where to get parts for it, so here are some questions I have. 1: is there any disc brakes from a car I can take and bolt up to the car? 2: Is there any conversion kits from drum to disc? 3: Where can I buy parts for the stock brakes? I need a brake master cylinder, brake shoes, and brake cylinders.
