  1. That is some crazy engineering. Thank you. I am gonna find a Y pipe connector and get the hoses all connected.
  2. I looked up the diagram for before this post, and this is where i am confused. On the thermostat housing, before I rebuilt everything, the connector was not a Y connector like you are describing. It was a single port outlet. So what you are saying is that I need to get a Y pipe connector for the thermostat housing and connect one end to the intake, and the other to the lower rad housing where that inlet is. Thank you. Waaiit a minute, now I am curious. How does coolant not get into the intake from the lower rad housing through the thermostat housing to the intake?
  3. Hey, So I am using a weber carb and need help with connecting hoses. I dont currently have a picture but I will try and be as specific as possible. 1. There is a coolant pipe under the fuel pump next to the lower rad hose, (not the hose that connects to the fire wall and that elbow fitting) near the alternator. Where does that connect? 2. There is a fitting on the thermostat housing, next to the temp sender, and old egr sensor, where does that connect? 3. There is a fitting on the intake manifold location it is kind of under the carb, where does that connect? And lastly, if anyone knows how the damn metal wires that control the heater switches in the cab connect, please share. Thank you.
  4. Hey Mike, I got the lights and signals working. My dumbass had the front right and rear right mixed up, so when i hit the break the front right signal was solid. Thanks again
  5. I am gonna work on it this weekend. I just have to wire up the back and no more wires! Also, what kind of connectors are used to secure the wires on the fuel sending unit? I know they are prongs, but I dont have the original pigtail.
  6. That make sense, i just didnt know that. I tried to run a test lamp on it to see if any of the wires have power when i move the handle forward or back, and none of them have power. It might be because i have the switch wiring wrong maybe.....
  7. how are the brights wired? Someone told me that they are wired in the switch when you pull the handle forward. Also any idea what the red and black wire is?
  8. https://imgur.com/a/LaEHEqL So right now I have my turn flasher hooked up to the only spade connector that was on the switch originally. The signals all work so far but i figure out the brake lights. Mike would you like me to send you a picture of the 12 circuit wire harness I am using? Thank you for your help.
  9. nah, ill take a picture and post it later. Its just a black and red wire just floating there, not even attached to anything. Thanks for your help mike. I am gonna rewire the switch according to what you post. Because right now they work fine, I have the flasher wire in the spade connecter spot right now, but that is incorrect.
  10. I am using an aftermarket harness, I am connecting the original switch to it.
  11. Thank you. See that is what my diagram that i have says, but my wires are all faded, and i have a black red wire just floating there.
  12. Hey, I am having some trouble figuring out which wire goes where on the turn signal. 1. Which wire is the wire that powers the switch 2. Which wire is the Right Turn signal 3. Which wire is the Left Turn signal 4. Which wires are supposed to be the breaks.
  13. Hey, I know this might be a dumb question but how does one turn on the high beams in a 74 620. Was it from the actual head light swtich, or was it from the turn signals?
  14. Yea I did watch your video. I’m currently watching it now. So the distributor vac should be turned 180 then.
  15. I definitely do not have enough room to bolt the distributor down.
  16. When I set the timing, I have to drop the oil pump and move the distributor shaft?
  17. https://imgur.com/a/KyYt9QK It fires! Just have to set the timing. The alternator is charging correctly no leaks (so far). Thank you guys!
  18. https://imgur.com/a/oMzXkX7 O’rilley’s came through
  19. So I just got the adapter and it reads 1/8 bsp
  20. WOOOOW. I am going to jump off of something. Man from the very beginning problem after problem and all i need to do is pay attention better. I really appreciate the help. Well not i have a coolant adapter I guess.
  21. https://zcardepot.com/products/adaptor-bpt-to-npt-pipe-fitting-1-8?variant=19275564089457 This is the one i got. it wont even fit the oil hole. The amazon one almost fit.
  22. that was one of them, but i bought one from Zcar depot same thing, and this one that i am waiting on is from oriellys

  24. Yea the aftermarket sender is 1/8 NPT 27.
  25. I bought one more adapter and if this one doesnt fit, i am just going to run a tap through it.
