  5. Could you tell me what options I have to find a tachometer for a 1979 620

I would start a want ad here... https://ratsun.net/classifieds/category/9-datsun-parts/  ... There are some after market ones that can be made to fit the hole in the 620 dash.. and they don't look half bad. Start a post in the 620 forum asking what tachs people were using. I'm sure that this has been discussed before but no harm doing an up date on it.

$100 would be better. Up to you but there are lots that can be made to fit. FWIW the stock one is recognized by other 620 owners as being much cooler.

  12. I was thinking that they needed to raise the body to clear the hood over the valve cover. I will let you know how removing blocks works. It looks like it will be close. Ty
  13. Could anyone help me understand why someone would put the cab and engine compartment on two inch riser blocks upon the install of a L20B engine in a 1974 620
  14. I recently purchased a 1974 620 project and was shocked to find that the cab and engine compartment had been set up on riser blocks about two inches. About this time i realized that there is a L20b engine. I just need to know if this is needed or if there is some other way so I can remove the blocks.
