    1960 PLG-222

Hey guys! New to forum. So I found a Unicorn! An all original 1 of 253 ever made DATSUN PLG 222. No Rot!! One of 40-+ shipped to the west coast for test market. Number matching and runs like a champ. Now have it on the East Coast of the United States. Any help with parts and info would be greatly appreciated. Currently looking for brake and clutch master cylinders. Tokico's are the original. Anything compatible would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I saw that there was one already posted to forum and have reached out to that individual. Thanks in advance --Mark
  3. Hey Trouble,

Came across your post online.  Can't believe how clean that 1960 PLG-222 is/was.  I saw that it was sold on BAT back in 2016.  I'm in the process of restoring a rare 222 myself and was hoping you could help me out with the brake and clutch master cylinders.  What's interchangeable? Where can I find replacements? etc.  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

      Hey Mark,

Thanks for noticing my clean example of the Datsun 222. The one that sold on BAT was not my truck I still own mine. I can send you pictures of the brake and  clutch master if you need reference I don’t know if you have them and aren’t working but you can try to compare to what’s out there. I personally don’t know what’s interchangeable but the ones on the early Bluebird 310s look very similar to the 222 I can also send you pictures of those to see what you think. My truck has the original ones I had my brake master rebuilt when I had the brake system rebuilt. Sorry I don’t have more info but not much info out there for us that own these rare trucks.
