Hi I chimed in late , I had a completed Crown mfg. turbo L18 in a 521 ,will try and find a pic tonite to take a pic of ,was very fast had Oringed head to keep headgasket intact (15psi) water injection with 3psi switch anyway may help with your location for turbo , my friend in sd still has one maybe in garage.Had a 45mm weber near radiator with heated manifold or would get frosty white without water ,no intercooler !.Also ran a Ray Jay fat turbo exhaust was b flow and compressor was an f flow I think.

Maybe one of you 610 guys has seen this , with tank out of car looking through filler neck ,you can't see drain hole due to baffles ,I have not seen those in smaller 510 tank, when you look inside , just something I noticed when welding 3/8 bungs in center rear of tank ,Maybe 610 is a later design of tank for early EFI .

Ok need to explain a couple items , 1. throttle cable is brake hose with a center support crimped on motor side (I tried a little marble paint job on ) and firewall side ,has a bent metal tube under heat proof sleeve attached to stock hardware to try and fight heat of down pipe , probably will be a 2.5 thick wall pipe at turbo to under car with abit of welding and bending. 2. Console had to go back an inch for trans clearance at shifter. 3. Trying to run Honda battery in engine bay ! Photo bucket jacked up will not show oics till later.

Hey I looked at your sign ,air condition service , do you also make ac hoses ? , I cut and weld new Aluminum ends and rebuild them here in So California for shops mostly custom and stock , also !Have a small shop repair old cars mostly. .

1st pic of start of wiring ECU and position under pass. seat ,I ran harness on left side of heater then under it to right passenger side ,the length is right and also igniter inside car near heater and under console of 610 ,hid stuff very nice ,and will mount boost and mech. oil pressure gauge ,this swap decided to use complete S13 gas pedal and as much cable hardware as possible !Had to move cable mount on freddy intake was wrong for throttle pull to butterfly,will post my stainless brake hose/throttle cable test ok needs mounted to firewall. Phot-bucket jacked up at this time will not allow oics till later .

Like I said for a jeep maybe ,a guy in Whittier has a chop top 510 maybe we can mold his roof and make removable hardtop.

The problem is most Customers do not want to pay for actual time it took to totally degrease and prep and strip out stuff (maybe like 8 hrs at least), this was a bit of work to get this clean before paint was to be applied , also always wipe with wax and grease remover ,but this one got thinner ,anyway paint was applied as directions ,OX2 rust- no primer needed on painted surface ,the car was screaming for orange but got black instead and for your information ,you can brush black POR 15 on edges you seem so concerned with , Hey Bob what part of the country are you in ? so concerned bout rust ?maybe your in Transalvania humid !!!!

The 1st pic is ss,clutch hoes ,manifold and bolt in lower radiator mount for s13 radiator that I slid over to allow clearance for intercooler pipe on R.side near battery mount that I cut and re-welded.

The paint is gloss black XO2 rust brand ,anti rust and some uv. FOR PAINT VAMPIRE) ,anyway the pic is big hole in firewall for harness,and cast top mount exhaust manifold with T25/T28 gasket on T3 mount we are going to weld up and re-mill three of these ,with slight angle as needed at a machine shop near by in Whittier here. You can fab your own ,possibly for another car and cut to fit ,need to be near pivot point of front of leafs long, I am doing a wagon , but only one traction bar with a Jaime (heim) joint in middle of car to keep from rolling rear end and stopping floor knocking ,maybe google it ,have seen done with a metal plate bolted to fwd. floor and mounted to lower axle off center , (google 86 Camaro rear end)if you look at 86-92 Camaro or Firebird Z28 they had one bolted to trans along side of drive shaft to rear diff. center ,my two cents anyway I am only doing one arm in center of my lowered ka wag,( I will try and find a pic of VG30 v6 wagon my friend has with this setup.)

Here is trans hole cut. and motot mount R side and brake line across lower x member will try and get a betteroic of brake line..my oics suck!

Hey amigo ,personally I would not run those yellow slapper type traction bars on my 56 Chevy ,and that's what they were designed for(old ____ ) , stick with the fixed bar type or even one near the center near pinion to floor with a plate ,to keep rear end from rolling and slapping floor .. Have seen this on a few wagons.

The steel widened roadster wheels -8s where o offset, and 710 being straight axle, does not tuck tires in (look good before bump jacks up fender), the set with triangles are US made Gurneys from Ontario Ca. my buddy has another set maybe 6"s x14 do not have sick edge of mine,I think wanted 300.$ fit a 510 better maybe , these stick out in front on Roadster too much ,were going on there.
