Hey John I usually weld up smaller metal line and use the bigger one or cut off and weld(DO NOT WELD GAS TANKS I prep much and leave a bunch of air running through to avoid bad things)5/16 line for return on FI. cars and for feed on 610 used drain hole !in spare tire area ,510s do not have this, drilled out to 9/16 I think, re-tapped for a 90 deg. 3/8 = #6 O ring seat fitting with a nut like a bulkhead fitting to adjust height of fitting in tank .Will try and post if int. on 610 build. Here is something to think about -I have seen Sr20dets and KAs swaps done by a shop cheap! here in So Cal ,that feeds swaps on stock 510 fuel lines ,they just throw a fuel pump where battery was and run it , crazy but as always you get what you pay for!

I thought I could post my work here at struggling shop here ,I need to HIRE someone who is a tech and can be taught hose business we make all hoses custom AC,brake hoses and hardlines, pwr. steer, oil cooler and systems remote ect. Off road ranger 4.0 has super custom front suspension with fat rack,all glass body almost, full caged, rear beefed with king shocks ,(I am repairing hardline and new ss front brake hoses)This is trailered usually ! ][url=http://s1183.photobucket.com/user/Alleycatgarage/media/104_1718.jpg.html]
  4. I don't understand what Bob is saying , ???-anyway will try and post up turbo down pipe ect. purchased a 510 one , but 610 has more rake on firewall so needs more angle and steer box in way slightly ,will get on there all the way to trans xmember ..

  8. Hey bro really need that zx pump (I like rubber stock mount also) or oem pumps think 80 - 90 psi sr runs at 43 and boosted raises to 53 and a stock pump seems better with stock regulator on fuel rail will hang awhile just my two cents!
  9. Am I wrong saying a 4dr sedan has more trunk and 4dr coupe has semi fast back or is it 74 had more trunk than 75 or 76 slanted this is interesting never noticed difference ! now put an irs in it and an automatic sr swaped cruiser.
  10. The sr needs only a 5/16 hose I was overkill with 3/8 sometimes.

Are you going to use a 280zx replacement pump (external ) or some other ebay model, I use the feed at front R.side for return line 1/4 only for a return at tank or drill and make 3/8 male a&n ,and next part is dangerous and pay a PROFESIONAL to WELD a bung in rear center of tank ,spare tire area, for a 90 deg.3/8 o ring seat fitting to #6 A&N.

  13. 1st pic is trying under hood clearance issue , has like 4" or more ,so that's a go on 610. ,I also wanted to say these cast iron manifolds are reasonable and a fat chunk of metal (also may not crack like tube type) I like the log manifold effect for bottom end quick response but only accept T3 orT4 to make you go buy a clone turbo from China also , again want to have a street driver so I welded on T25 or T28 plate (I usually do not like this but seems fine, cast iron welded pretty good) I am welding a plug in wastegate hole under manifold and using stock wastegate to head custom mount, This may also be needed for AC pump and plumbing clearance to be later installed after gremlins leave, so will now bolt on stock turbo and will run great ,which T28 would be next upgrade and be plenty of power for my Carrera driver . I have a couple guys running 9-10 psi stockers and perform great,. My car still at 7psi and fine. I am not sure if turbo would be low enough on 510 with weld on plate may need re-mill after weld up old holes ,or melt some hood paint ,will try soon ! Please chime in with ideas-input ect -Also getting stock drive shaft shortened and running stock differential until we find lsd ,maybe 3.70 for freeway,prefer shruums ,just kidding . ,
  14. Wanted to use stock s13 gas pedal -more modern -no hinge conection to floor. First pics of factory s13 gas pedal mod. had to cut and re-weld upper gas pedal1/2 " for alignment ,on fire wall side, bent tube then install cable inside and heat proof stuff ,also have stock wire harness rubber grommet for hole above gas pedal where I cut 2" hole for harness ,also check space along heater I am running harness as said ,fits better and length is right for under seat mount. Radiator is one from near by (for a 240sx with sr swap) where all parts get domesticated here in El Monte Ca. was only 150 with two thin 12" fans . Cut and welded stock radiator upper rubber mounts ,weld 6mm nuts to them also,making them 90deg. and slip behind core support so drilled two holes and allen bolts will hold rad. clean. Again trying to make user friendly or stock so I cut down factory fan shroud and will mount fans to it so it will remove as factory in one piece with top holes and pegs at bottom same as factory 240sx or s13 and radiator also,. MAF ect.and such ,trying to keep piping near factory lengths for tune purpose for a nice throttle response on DAIsEY driver ,we will see ! So a 240sx will fit a 610 with a little fab and slide over towards L side to clear cold intercooler pipe near my battery on R. side of bay .,next stop Napa for upper hose lower should still use stock 240sx. (I am doing a paint job on a 1970 Triumph Mc at this time and a couple other things but will keep on project and make run, so I can move out and start rb25 240z soon)
  15. Sick ass s15 with a Lexus V8 bolted to Nissan trans ,came by shop Sat.,I made a custom power steering hose about 4ft long for this sick ass Two foaty. Must be real fast ,the guy had a turbo built KA in it before and says it faster now!.

  17. Hey sold a few sets ! any feed back from end users -these seem great, shorter please respond if running them ,they are posted again and this is the way we need to rate said products now with easy vendor sale goods I guess , thanks for reading.

Hey have a shop in Oc/La area, sounds as maybe a blown head gasket due to overheated , if rebuild is required you may want to consider a rb25 swap ,get a motor for 2500 and install with some ones help in SD ,or tow it up here and I can do it with another one waiting I am doing soon ,and call it a keeper if has good body , these are nice with swap ,I almost was going to sell my sr d 510 to build my own 400 hp RB 240zed ,but opted out due to thought of trouble I may get with Godzilla car.

Ok Rose post oics of your truck and what problems it has ,sounds like your gonna get praise for fixin it yourself,only select few ladies can fix there trucks/ cars ,I have a cust with a 74 luv bug I help fix ,she cuts my hedge and helps clean ,only wanting help to repair her bug ,not really needing but a little help ! so fire away and your answers await and prob. too many !
