Came in so nice too. Was a Zerows pretty blue to sand through clear on top surfaces.

Sanded big door with two foot stick on sanding block for big surfaces , 80 with big block and I used guide coat twice on filler and blocked out 80 grit ,,then 180/220 into primer coat , hurry!

Hi Karl intake is 3" shorter than stock ,hoping the 90 will make it closer to stock length ,so it may stay same, Brake mc is an inch away- pic does not show it ,possibly will get a wrap or we may run remote reservoir should be ok, Motul brake fluid, I will post fuel system and down pipe next ,working on it after hrs a little . Roughed out with 8*" da next need long board hand job with 80 grit ,most of straightening done early with 80 grit and maybe two guide coats in filler for Sarges doork.

1st Pic is grinding out pink filler (old body work 20yrs old maybe)had cracked , ,see if you see man in filler , the others are some bodywork done ,had to pull a couple spots and shrink to make flat ,need to use stud welder sometimes even though you can get behind metal for shrinking ,also trying to keep work area small ,most of car is fine except Inland Empire sun facing surfaces beat up clear coat ,Upol Euro clear is going to give us free material to repair but man a lot of work still to re-clear car and do some small body repairs , will post door is in filler already. The last pic with Weds 16x7s +10 . I can't get over difference with wheels ,you guys may not like this but wheels and stance make up 75% of car looks in my opinion ,need both for complete package . The guy with orange 4dr was trying to buy my 73 front fenders and bumper set , but some other guy got them, six months ago , I have talked to him also , also I don't know why but I have a 610 2dr, Zerows 4dr (vip) and a wagon on the side on my building also waiting to get painted (Saturn med. grey color TC) so I have full fleet ,two 73s and a 74, a 610 shop I guess , I had a turbo L series yellow 610 in the 80searly 90s with oringed head and water inj.

The s13 radiator 240sx for sr is very cheap with dual fans even on Ebay , like 150$ I was going to notch top of frame but drain fell in one hole in top of frame and I was already sliding over .I made bolt in oval holed angle lower mount for stock rubber grommets for 240sx/s13

AC hose re-build 1. Cut alu. ends off old hose and scribe with a file timeing of hose ends. 2. Welded or Alu. brazed with ox /acet. ( YOU NEED COLD TORCH TIP #1 and cold flame) in beginning preheat slow and solder new alu. Nipples on old factory tubeing ,then hit weld with wire wheel.. 3. Used my old manual Ac crimper in vise ,and crimp to 50-60 psi. I est by feel ,relaced 18" hose and two new ferrules ,re-crimp and done 45-50$ per section sometimes two.
