They race them at Willow Springs down here , club racing , they rent the track ,and again mostly doctors and attorneys can afford to race them , and yes they still have weak trannys on track ,not drag racing and no turbos , again great motors .

The Honda motors complete are like 5k for the swap, motor ,trans and harness,and another 3k for labor to do one.so it can cost a lot , very nice ,I hear they have weak tranny's one of my customers has a s2k shop here local.

The problem with rear spoiler is key hole for trunk lock, you need to resin a round piece of plastic in rear side to access key hole , I have one here I need to cut off deck lid and get my buddy to make a mold. All I can say is you better to plan on spending 6k min.(sr20det) if a reputable shop does it , I say do home work and pay shop in payments for progress ,a motor 2200+- and then 3k labor and some parts depending on your taste ,I prefer domestic cars but do swaps here ,I really do not like being a tech but like swaps ,wiring and fab. , , again I prefer US 50s cars for income . As always see what they have done ! and a shop not garage , I am showing all of my swap I am doing and I want input / feedback slow flow , some customers do not want stuff on internet.<br />I also may have a new guy to do body work and mechanic here so I can do more swaps.

A couple things here my survey has asked ,The tubing kit was for a 240sx sr20det with smallish intercooler and 2.25 tubing on hot side and intercooler openings , I tried to follow inner fender as kit for 240 ran tubing ,reason for high set up on tubing and water and oil lines is for future AC going in this car so I kept a little high and out of the way again needs a couple mounts on lines , car was flushed out and will get new water pump and thermo,and re-assemble soon.
