I have had walbro on a car and had to run a regulator ,with stock zx 90psi. you can leave off, and factory regulator handles all that its pushes , also truck has not ever lost suction with external pump ,my car does if has less than 1/8 tank and I have a couple different surge tanks in mind , sounds like you are going a bit out there on more performance than I do , I like rear end idea and wanted to go there with buddies red truck , but he spent too much having Rays wheels made six lug , I do more stock motors and only go( T28 555 inj if cust needs moar). like s15.they run fine and still have bottom end power for street .

Lets keep project moving to get it running soon and out of my shop. Next Lt green ka24de wagon needs 25% to finish. Water outlet cut and re-welded with and angle I can get a hose for, also welded a cut piece of a thermostat housing from L series and welded to SR water outlet , this is for factory 610 gauge for water temp sender , could of spliced in to SR ,but works at same relationship with stock sender ,temp is right on gauge anyway ,I used to tig a bit but now a kid that worked for me ,sometimes comes in after I tack and fit a bunch of stuff ,but now just fighting the dirty cast Alu. ,wire wheel and use thinner ect to clean metal,almost done welding ! Cold pipe side , cut hole for blow off valve and tack weld between battery and radiator , a little tight but still can access adjuster cause old dudes don't like cars that fart all the time loud, blow off valve works best on cold side near butterfly I am told .Also battery is going to try and stay there , I was going to make a hold down for Honda battery ,again battery was there on S13 ..... Welcome and I must ask , what is stock color inside cabin ? looks lt green or beige ,if stock color is cool you almost have to do base color stock , just my opinion .

Anyway Happy T. day I am at my shop re-assembling my car, I drive my car daily !, had cracked exhaust -got welded ,bad u joint on axle -swapped out a used one, rear differential has been sticky and clunky ( Nisssan comp 160 locker) so I tried an lsd 85-140 Valvaline with additive from napa ,8$; toothpaste tube ,rear brakes grooved and winey ,turned rotors and remove caliper shims ,Also had small oil leak at rear center of turbo ,I smell sometimes ,also my 1st sr swap and look at turbo feeds with hoses , I may change to all hard lines and at that time I pulled my oil pressure line from turbo oil feed , fuel pump and 3/8 ss,and look at my low oil pan ,ouch ,.Anyway you do things different after you have done a few ,my car is getting a freddy copy intake soon ,reasonable and better performance upgrade .Orange car was a drive by. . .

Make Z20 with 89mm will rev, long rod less angle. I have 90mm pistons put away maybe use in a kade later.

The motor was all stock , never split motor and trans, stock alt. real short belt to pull in ,did not cut firewall and left x member and mounts on chassis all stock ,cut motor side mounts and re-created with plates about 1 " back mounting holes and yes slid over 5/8s to right and trans x member also, and boxed in you can see L.side in pic. give up on power steering drives fine with 235x40x18s ,just my 2cts , like top mount will make so no slide to right side. AC should not be very hard,Hit with email for more info if want to.

I had a chance to get one like this ,my friend has two, yes two secs one blue and one purple ,runs like a Camaro only goes faster on top ,he claims 185 from blue car , and they suck gas.A friends dad passed away and we got like 7-9 of these in various conditions ,most were grey market ,we cut in half and scraped,,I have doors ,fenders and a bunch of interior parts for Ebay

It is stock and fits , if I did another one I may cut open center of trans tunnel add 6" of metal the whole way to allow rear of trans to go higher ,mine was pressing against tunnel a little , also one piece drive shaft ,red truck and has been driving two years, drives fine. Tried to make stock looking install.

Maybe a top mount and maybe check out other smaller ac pumps at junk yard ect. ,the cabin on the truck is smaller than a 240sx ,does not need big ass pump , I am trying to re-install on a 610 with out problems of truck steer box.

I fit it with aftermarket sway bar ,it was tight and close to centerlink !

Ok miss other daily project , but lets try and finish this one ! here is a bracket from intake not used cut for tubing rubber mount , also modify some HKS cloned air filter , cut off back edge and drill some holes for bigger HKS air filter , also some painter found gold was too bright so it got painted black/orange marble ,tried apron from 74 model ,a little bigger ,fits fine , I may still cut out below grill section for more air above bumper ,also wiring up hayden fan control switch ,has extra wire for AC that turns one fan on with AC . Next .will be fit battery and blow off valve ,somewhere next to battery and finish wiring fan switch , I am also making a remote bigger oil filter with Aeroquip crimped hoses , then maybe try and get Zerow over to get rid of relays not used ,Please add input ,I know I am slow flow installer.ve
