OT.Earth quakes - You guys in the PNW. are lucky ! I am a light sleeper and these tremors/quakes suck in So Cal ,I am near La Habra and today 4:15am felt like a car hit my house and after that shit you lay there and hope the big one isn't coming , can't sleep ,last fri was 1:30 and 3:30 quakes and the 5.1 at (9:00 I was buying a beer and bottles were flying off shelf in Gondi mart ), oh well you guys live in gods country up there !

I want my remote surge tank ,16 ounce under car ,try not to weld any more on tank ,and my car without surge tank is my 510 without baffles drives fine really !,I think 610 would be much better with factory baffles ! I think baffles were for JDM model with FI. in 73+ and only when at red lights hardish braking my pump slight aerates , so run stock tank and try it I want a 610 tank also but Zerow sold already !

Yes tank has a slight dip in center ,on 610 I drilled and tapped drain for oring 90 3/8 degree fitting ,and my 510 has same center hole when on gas it has a face full ,and I have no surge tank and only when less than 1/8 tank and hit brakes does it aireate slightly , I welded (silver pre brazed rod) a 1/4 to5/16 for return side I used stock feed side on tank ,I will start working on orange car soon again have remote oil filter done ,working on gauges now . and the name turtle power makes me want to post screwing turtles again .[[][[url=http://s1183.photobucket.com/user/Alleycatgarage/media/104_1595-2.jpg.html][url=http://s1183.photobucket.com/user/All

Thanks Mike ,I cut off old ferrules and re-ferrule with Aeroquip hose that's says 5500 psi and ferrules mate with hose I do this every day for shops and make Ac lines brake lines etc, so hose is easy part , the bracket I drilled in blue is an airpump/smog pump bracket ,how many did I throw away ,now wish I would of kept a couple more ,shit .I wanted other peoples input before I go much further ,and will make Deeyees hoses after mine if he likes .

I welded a 3/8 bung or nut dead center in rear center of tank close to spare tire area , I was thinking of a 16 ounce surge tank under car , made out of aluminum ,in line, my donor is a small fire extinguishers that I will boil out and weld two aluminum #6 an male fittings to go in my 3/8 line before pump, and after pump 5/16 ez bend tubing feeding almost stock sr. Will try and post pics of Orange 610 with spider webs.

Ok has anybody run power steering on a ka powered truck with car intake, just want input or oics of their creation , trying to do it without idler pulley as you see it , keeping it simple and still no AC pump room , I guess its power steer or AC can't have both .

Hey are you running a vac booster ? if not it will be a hard push on brakes with 1" I always think the firewall will crack from a hard pedal , I have a truck master on my car and tends to lock front under too hard of braking ,but works great when slight drag braking on corners, I am considering that 1980 200sx , was a stock 4wheel disc car .

Yes I am doing a power steering upgrade on a 79 KK. , using Mikes 280zx big box steering set up , problem is power steering pump is too close to use any factory brackets , so I came up with this so far ,just a mock up SR20det small pump , rides on inner most pulley very low near oil pan, and will need remote reservoir , but no room for AC before and even worse now ! I am getting Oddessy batteries at Pomona car swap meet same gel type ,they are dated old again,blems but only 60$ and this guy has a shop to return them if problems .For So Cal people or come down for a 9 miles of parts US car swap .
