Datsun 620 sr20det dailey driver project ! (Ok I am not sure if I should build this here but here goes anyway )all my shop projects are going here . I am starting one for a customer and have a pretty good idea what it is going to take ,again not fancy or over built ,just a street truck that can be serviced easy and dependable ,also my cust. is on a budget ,motors cost more now ,he bought one from my supplier near by and delivered to my shop . Here is my basic parts kit I am getting from one supplier ,if you want one I can get you one also . THE kit needs a down pipe and 620 motor mounts would also work on 610 710 ,email direct my user name. 1 SR20det cast top mount manifold. 2 SR20 cloned intake manifold. 3 S13 pipping kit. 4 smallish intercooler. 5 BOV .cloned. 6 weld on T25 flange for exhaust manifold .not pictured. 7.HKS mushruum filter ? Recurve dist. and check cam specs ,and change springs in distributor ,usually stiffer to make advance later or at higher rpms (Nissan comp catalog sold sss dist. springs for this )my dist. person even welds up overall advance slot if needed .Remember we got shitty gas in Ca. so other places still get 92. +.My 2ct. been awhile ,Have two old race motors here ,one has Venolia high dome pistons ,it will need help and race gas ,will try and post a pic of pistons.

This came in for a make run and assemble car for a driver ,painting hood and front group ,it is automatic 71 .[

Those Chevy floors were only 230 per side ,super easy after you remove and replace all rusted parts , here is my buddy who has spent 20k already . Red etch primer then grey was some filler type is not going to fill craters ,I am going to smear with metal puddy knife and use metal glaze on whole roof . What ? I have sold ,a white a blue a red 521 truck in six months , and have my cactus green one (keeper) on trailer sr ? ,that matches my sons green wagon.THE 510 coming is a customers car ,[

Have 22 ft. ocean boat on side of my building needs very little to get back together , we would always close and go fishing out of Long Beach on 100 deg. days , sold my Scout Traveler don't even have a tow car now ,have to borrow truck , like 22 miles to harbor/beach from Whittier. Wish I could close have a 510 2dr coming on a flatbed for repair/make run . Twenty years parked !

If you were in So Cal you could throw it in 100degree heat and would soften up then bead on ,trapped inside with swamp cooler and windows closed .

True GL had carpet on lower door panels,seats were different ,two tone , console, cigarette lighter ,steering wheel ,dual carbs,. here is one I worked on .[

Datsunland gaskets ,rather have cracked 40 yr old ,the 510 one here shrank up so much had day light in corners in six months and cracked on Randy Yorks car ,maybe up north they work ! not as harsh with heat .
