  4. I have had one of these in my wagon for about a year now. The price is right and It works great, keeps my 2.0L running cool. There are no mounts so I built my own rubber isolated lower mounts and upper support.
  5. I don't want to jack your thread, but I am having the same issue. I will be watching this one for some answers too.
  6. Also made the plunge into the gas door area. I will get a lot of pics of this as we get more done. You havent forgotten about my gas door.............. Have you? ;)
  7. Here are some older pictures of what has been working for me. I started out with the L20 tube and an L16 tube. Cut each of them and welded the two pieces together, then used the L16 hose up to the PCV.
  8. What did I do to your add? I dont know what you mean. I didnt do anything too it.

I wanted to let you know that people always want to see pictures. The more pictures the better.

  9. Dude what did you do to my add ?

    L20B Rebuild

I think its a good idea to replace the hoses inside the heater box too. Mine were VERY brittle, probably never saw the light of day since 1972
  11. Nice Goon. The upholstery looks great. I see a rear anti sway bar. What brand is it and where can I get one?
  12. I had the same questions about how effective Seafoam was to disolve the carbon. After about a year of driving a newly rebuilt L20, I removed the head to replace the head gasket. There was a carbon buildup that I wanted to clean before I re-installed the head, so I soaked each combustion chamber in straight Seafoam for a week. It did VERY little. I scraped and wire brushed the carbon off by hand. I just cant see how it can effectively remove carbon build up while running. Am I missing something here? Just my .02
