    I have 2 sets of the Shit Harbor digital calipers and they both will not turn on. Even tested the batteries and both batteries are good. I am looking to buy a better quality set.

    There is a recess milled into the rim that the center cap sits into. I will get measurements tonight.

    I would increase your fuel pressure to 3.5 PSI and see if your full throttle pressure increases. Like Mike said what is your fuel pressure at a steady 65 mph? Your fuel pressure at WOT is not a good way to adjust fuel pressure because WOT fuel pressure is only important if you are racing the vehicle. If this is a daily driver then make sure you have at least 2.5 to 3 psi at cruising speed.

    I agree seattle smitty but with all the other aspects of my build on my 66 520 the bird poop welds on the 1980 720 frame will wait until I tear it down for paint. I believe in if it aint broke don't fix it.

    No the wiring harness from the truck with the power doors is needed also. I am up grading my 86 720 2wd King Cab to power doors and have harvested the the power door harnesses also.

  10. It is my thread and for that Patrol it is worth the Hijack! Please do start a build thread though so we can follow. I lived in Winslow years ago. I worked for Butte Trucking back when there was logging going on on the Mogollon Rim. Kelmo and his wife, Mrs. Kelmo are great people.

    Mike I have been very busy, and hope to be able to get some measurements on Sunday. I will ship the cap I have so you can see the 3 mounting holes get get a better idea of how they are designed. Mike would shipping you the rim Make it easier for you? I hope to get started on the back brakes after the Williams run on the 6th of October.

    I run the U67 head which is a square port. I have had good drive ability with this head and a 32/36 Weber DGEV. I am not running anything in the engine except 40 over flat top pistons.

    Your best bet would be to take your bearings and races to a bearing wholesaler and see if they can cross it toTtimken or some other brand or maybe be able to order the SK bearings.
