Would prefer if it came complete with the rubber cover but not a deal breaker.

It's not a CAS... it's a distributor assembly.

There is a optical trigger wheel inside it but it's not a crank angle sensor technically. 

The later OBD2 KA24DE had a CAS on the bellhousing. These early ones do not.
