That's a B-210 mirror. It might bolt to a 620/1200/510 it depends on the door contour if it looks just right. I've seen a 620 mirror and it's shaped like the headlight surround. Round with slightly flattened top. Ted tdaadj showed me one.

Very nice mirror

H59 is a B210 part number, but it looks identical to a 1200 left-side mirror, at least the later 1200s. Earlier ones were light gray. There is also a chrome-finish version of the same mirror on the 1977 B210 and on the B310 (1979-up)

620 USA model uses a very similar mirror, but the part number is different (B50). I've also seen chrome ones that are thinner with a more rounded back. That green 620 4x4 has a JDM mirror bolted to the door? (shape like an early 620 grille headlight surround). In fact it is hard to find an original 620 mirror, nearly every 620 now has custom or JDM/bullet/aero/vintage mirrors now, if not the official Datsun tripod truck towing/camper mirrors
