After the update, some people are having issues signing in. If you're unable to log in or reset your password, please send an email to email@example.com with the email address associated with your account and include your username.
Do NOT send your current password. If I have the email address associated with the account, it is enough for me to reset the password manually.
Note you must send the email from the email account associated with your ratsun account, or I cannot verify you're the correct user.
